EPE FOAM COATED WITH PE FILM

Epe Foam Coated With Pe Film is a composite material created by bonding EPE foam (expanded polyethylene) with a PE film (polyethylene film) through a thermal lamination process. The PE film enhances the waterproofing, moisture resistance, and surface strength of the EPE foam, while maintaining the foam's lightweight, cushioning, and thermal insulation properties. PE film can be printed, which solves the problem that Epe cotton cannot be printed. This material is widely used in protective packaging for electronics, furniture, and glass products, as well as in construction insulation and cold chain logistics for thermal insulation, effectively safeguarding products from impact, moisture, and temperature fluctuations.
